Shipping policy

Shipping times - We work hard to ship your order out within 24 hours of it being placed (orders placed on Friday or the weekend may take longer to ship as the courier does not pickup on weekends). We offer shipping methods that have slightly different shipping times. 

Shipping Carrier - We ship all orders via UPS. While we do our best to get orders sent out quickly, we cannot account for delays caused by UPS.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking - Shortly after your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that will contain your order tracking information. Please be aware that in some cases the tracking information can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.
